Microsoft SharePoint Administration Toolkit (for both WSS 3.0 and MOSS)
This is a new SharePoint administration tool – right in Central Admin – that will allow administrators to “Move, Lock, and Delete Site Collections”. It sounds like it’s also setting up a framework for future additions as they’ve mentioned “updated releases several times a year”. Wow!
