So, in my one non-technical topic here, there’s a little bit of news coming down from the LEGO world.\u00a0<\/p>\n
From the LEGO sets perspective, I thought maybe the Star Wars sets were done and I was again free from my addiction.\u00a0 I was wrong.\u00a0 No sooner had I started entertaining the thought of not having to peruse the LEGO isle at Target or make the obligatory LEGO Store check when I happen to be in the Mall of America when along comes an e-mail from LEGO with information about\u00a0a new Death Star set<\/a>\u00a0coming soon that looks crazy.\u00a0 It’s a huge set with 24 minifigs and droids.\u00a0 Unfortunately its in that ridiculously expensive level of LEGO sets that I just can’t justify – $399, like the huge Millennium Falcon coming in at $499.\u00a0 I will likely never own either of these sets because I just can’t find a way to justify the purchase.\u00a0 It won’t stop me from drooling though.\u00a0\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n Not long after the Death Star announcement came another e-mail with teasing about upcoming LEGOs sets for the new show\/series and movie.\u00a0 I can’t quite keep track of which of the shows is going to be animated and which is going to be live-action.\u00a0 But either way, there will be LEGO sets to accompany them.\u00a0 Go Lucas and the Star Wars marketing machine.\u00a0 I haven’t seen any of the designs online yet, but there were some quick pics in the boys’ Brickmaster magazine they got this week.\u00a0<\/p>\n
